In my photography I am looking for the moments when the hidden nature of reality reveals itself. I photograph in order to learn to see without a camera.

I am naturally drawn to the carnavalesque. I understand it as a liminal space where the normal rules of the society are suspended, and thus an unprecedented way to experience reality can manifest.

I love travelling not only geographically but also sociologically and spritually. I believe that storytelling and thus visual storytelling is a noble and real form of travel.

I hold a BA degree in theology and Russian (with French minor). I graduated in 2020 with a Master's degree in International Relations from the Central European University.

In 2019, I worked as an intern at Magnum Foundation, in New York City. Since 2024 I have been working as a full-time photojournalist for Népszava.
